Product Description

TOKO(AWS E316L-16) is a lime-titanium type electrode for extra-low carbon stainless. The weld metal shows very good resistance of heat, corrosion and cracking due to the carbon content in it is≤0.04%. It is mainly used in containers in chemical industries as well as fabrication of structures made by similar stainless steels (00Cr18Ni12Mo).

Before welding, the weld must be clear away impurities, such as oil, rust, moisture etc.,and the less than 2.5 times of diameter of the electrode is better.

SAFRED (AWS E6013/7018) - This is a fine high production electrode that can weld thicknesses from light gauge sheet to heavy plate. High welding currents and travel speeds can be used without undercut. The slag is self-cleaning. SW15 may be used to weld metal fixtures, road equipment, farm machinery, building structures, storage tanks, and iron work.
